Implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 27, 2017 No. PP-3151 “On measures to further expand the participation of industries and sectors in improving the quality of higher education specialists” and with the participation of representatives of education and science at the National University of Uzbekistan Meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on October 8, 2019 was signed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. UP-5847. 2030, the system of higher education of the Republic of fulfilling the tasks specified in the decree on the approval of the Development Concept in cooperation with leading industrial enterprises in the region to fulfill the tasks. It is also planned to introduce a system of practical skills in cooperation with leading manufacturing companies in order to provide students with theoretical knowledge for training highly qualified, creative and systemic thinkers who are able to make innovative decisions in any circumstances. Given the above, in November 2019, students of the specialty “Technology of the Petrochemical Industry” BMII 5321400 were directly involved in the development of practical and laboratory exercises on the topic “Technology of the processing of oil and gas condensate” at the Bukhara Oil Refinery. All graduate students of the Oil and Gas Industry technology were familiarized with the processes of oil dehydration and dehydration, gasification, gas hydrotreatment, hydrocarbon gas fractionation and sulfur removal at the Super-Klaus unit at the Bukhara Oil Refinery. In addition, the laboratories of analysis of oil and gas condensate, sampling of petroleum products and their compliance with the requirements of GOST were explained to students.
On November 25, the Information Resource Center of the Bukhara Engineering and Technology Institute hosted the first day of the “Week of reading”. The event was attended by teachers and mentors of the institute, students of the Bukhara specialized boarding school of arts, users of the IRC network library, well-known poet Tashpulat Ahmad and honored artist, actor and director of Uzbekistan Ubaydullo Oman. At the end of the event, a book marathon was organized and the most gifted students were given books.

Scientific and pedagogical school “Processing of waste, raw materials and products of agro production by compressed, liquefied and supercritical gases (CO2)”Jaxongir Saidov
Increasing the pace of development of science in Uzbekistan, the need to generate innovative ideas in the field of import-substituting food technologies, require the training of high-level specialists. The European experience (England, Germany, Holland) shows that some of these functions can be performed by scientific and pedagogical schools created at universities. Experience shows that in this matter it is impossible to limit oneself only to the framework of the institute, but to attract scientists and specialists from other countries, creative young people, and also students of the senior classes of colleges, high schools and schools to cooperate.
It is well known that the achievement of high quality of scientific, creative and pedagogical work is possible only through the coordinated activities of a group of like-minded people; the effectiveness of collective creative work in the development of diverse forms of using CO2 as a technological agent is shown. The work of the informal community of scientists in the form of a scientific school contributed to their unification with a specific thematic, common system of interests, ideas and grace. An important distinction of the existing scientific school is not only the protection and implementation of scientific ideas, but also the training of young scientists with the aim of staffing science and higher education.
A huge role in the organization and conduct of research is played by the problems of system analysis in the planning of multi-factor experiments, the design of enterprises and installations.
There is an inextricable link between the level of school preparation of future applicants and the ability of further education at a higher educational institution. The main activities of the scientists of the scientific and pedagogical school are related to the unique and unusual for another reagent properties of CO2, used as a technological agent. For example, the viscosity of liquid CO2 at 270 ° C and a pressure of 6.5-7.0 MPa is 14 times less than water and 65 times less than that of ethanol. Saturation of CO2 food environments allows acidifying the environment and protecting the product from the development of microorganisms. The upper boiling point of liquid CO2 is at the level of 31.10 С, which allows you to quickly evaporate the components of the extractant and keep the extracted substances without changes and losses. In addition, liquid CO2 is completely chemically indifferent with respect to recoverable biologically active substances (BAS), fire and explosion safe. At the exit of the extraction, up to 97% of the active substances are obtained.
New possibilities of using CO2 are opening up due to the formation of short-term clusters of high-pressure CO2 molecules and the development of a membrane method for producing pure gas by the membrane method.
